Student (m/f/d) - MidOffice/KYC
As part of our entrepreneurial growth environment, Kommunalkredit is expanding its Banking division in Vienna and is looking for a motivated Student to strengthen its KYC Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the KYC team in the Mid Office during the client onboarding and review processes
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and validation of customer and counterparty information
- Prepare and maintain KYC documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements
- Support senior team members with research, data checks, and case preparation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Front Office, Risk and Compliance to ensure smooth KYC processes
Requirements
- EU citizenship or free access to the Austrian labor market and a minimum age of 18 years at the start of employment are mandatory
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in banking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good German and English language skills
The monthly salary is EUR 551,10 for a marginal employment of 8.5 hours per week.
